I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the state of New Jersey with over 15 years of experience working with adults, children, couples and families seeking to make a change.

I have a professional degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, advanced training in systems theory and techniques and hold a Master of Arts (MA) in Behavioral Sciences & Psychology.

Prior to entering the mental health field and becoming a licensed therapist, I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and have enjoyed working in both the corporate world as well as Health & Wellness industry.

I take an integrative approach to therapy using solution focused skill building techniques with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
